Say hello to Annie,
owner and creator of Houndz Paradise.
Annie grew up with a whole myriad of pets such as dogs, cats, chickens, fish, yabbies, budgies - you name it! It was incredibly obvious that her passion in life was to love and look after all her pets from such a young age.
With a Zoology/Science degree under her belt, she soon added a couple of certificates to further expand her experience in the pet care industry. AVeterinary Nursing Certificate IV and the National Dog Training Federation Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training.
After working in the pet care industry and at other dog daycare centres for many years, Annie felt like now was the perfect time to create a space of her own to look after everyone’s beautiful furry family members.
Annie just wants the very best for her own two fur babies Arnold and Peanut, as well as all of her client pups!
Therefore she has created a centre where dogs will be treated just like her own, where they can relax, take it easy and enjoy themselves however they like in a place like paradise.

Jess’ love for animals began when she was little, caring for many animals growing up such as chicken’s, guinea pigs, rabbits and dogs!
Her passion to care for animals and help those less fortunate didn’t stop there, she in the past has fostered for Australian working dog rescue and found it very rewarding seeing the dogs find their perfect forever homes.
She has spent the last 12 years working in some of Melbourne’s boarding kennels and daycare centres as a supervisor/ daycare coordinator and manager.
She has completed the National Dog Training Federation Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training and has a huge passion for nutrition and increasing the longevity of our beloved pets.
She has two dogs named Venus, an almost 10 year old Australian Shepherd and Raven, a 7 year old Kelpie x who was adopted when she was nearly 6 months old.
You will often see them helping all of the newbie’s settle in on their first day and showing them the ropes of daycare! Not only does she have dogs but she also has 2 cats and 2 budgies. She can’t wait to meet lots of new faces!!
Say hi to Olivia!
Olivia is the biggest animal lover you could meet! She has been surrounded by animals since she was little and knew from a young age that caring for fur babies was her passion.
Liv use to rescue dogs, cats and rabbits and bring them home knowing her parents couldn't say no to their cute little faces.
She has spent the last 10 years working in the animal industry. Liv wanted to put her love and caring nature for animals to work which resulted in her becoming a Veterinary Nurse so she could help animals in need. She has also worked in some of Melbourne’s boarding kennels as manager and daycare centres as a 2IC.
She has two dogs named Margot, a 2 year old German Shepherd and Andy, a 1 year old Golden Retriever. Margot is a fun ball of energy that loves to keeps Liv and the daycare dogs on their toes. Andy is a fluffy cuddle bug that loves to sleep all day long.
Doggo’s aren’t Liv’s only love, she also has 1 cat named Phoebe and two rabbits named Willow & Bear.
She looks forward to meeting many new floofy faces and falling endlessly in love with your fur pals!
Say hi to Bre!
Bre has always been extremely passionate about caring for animals, as she was surrounded by a variety of pets growing up. She knew from a very young age that she wanted to persue working in the animal industry!
It all started when she completed a Certificate III in Animal Studies, she then gained her first full time job working as a dog handler and furthered her education by completing a Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training with The National Dog Training Federation.
Not long after, Bre found a passion for knowledge in the dog grooming industry and completed a course with The Australian Dog Grooming school.
Bre has been working in the pet care industry for 8 years, with the last 3 years spent honing her exceptional grooming skills; 1 of those years being in busy professional grooming salon.
Bre also has a couple of pets of her own whom she adores, a 3 year old dog named Kylo (GSD-X) and a 6 year old cat named Poe (Ragdoll).
Bre is extremely excited to be part of the Houndz Paradise pack and can’t wait to meet you all!
