Where Dogs can Relax and Play
Houndz Paradise is the place to be where your pooch can sit back and relax or play to their hearts content, while being loved and cared for by our staff as if they were one of their own fur family.
Our staff have years of experience in the pet care and daycare industry under their belts, and will be able to create a safe space for all our doggos to be able to relax and enjoy themselves in a little slice of paradise.
What is Doggy Daycare about?
Socialisation
Life is always better by having friends! The same goes for our pooches as doggy daycare will help them meet other like-minded pals to hang out with.
No matter the age, it is so beneficial for your doggo to learn the best doggy etiquette to hang out with other dogs nicely, while being supervised by our staff who are dog behaviour experts!
1
Stimulation
Being bored is the worst, and that is when most dog owners see many unwanted destructive behaviours come out of their pooches when they are left home alone!
To get our pup’s brains working, we incorporate different enrichment activities for our pooches to try each day just to mix things up and encourage them to learn new skills!
2
Exercise
Sometimes a quick walk before or after work just might not cut it for some pooches. A day of fun running around with other pups, partaking in group activities and relaxation will do the trick to get even those pups who have endless energy happy and spent!

Say hello to Annie,
owner and creator of Houndz Paradise.
Annie grew up with a whole myriad of pets such as dogs, cats, chickens, fish, yabbies, budgies - you name it! It was incredibly obvious that her passion in life was to love and look after all her pets from such a young age.
With a Zoology/Science degree under her belt, she soon added a couple of certificates to further expand her experience in the pet care industry. A Veterinary Nursing Certificate IV and the National Dog Training Federation Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training.
A Day in Daycare
What does a typical day at Houndz Paradise look like?
Morning
Doggos get dropped off by their fur parents anytime from 7:30am, the earlier the better so every pooch can squeeze in as much playtime as possible!
Excitement fills the air as all the pooches say Hi to all their pals and get many morning cuddles from our staff
Then its time to play! Some pooches who aren’t that into playing will get lots of pats and love from our handlers and even practice a few obedience tricks or two!
When the morning’s craziness has slowed down and all the pooches are pooped, it becomes siesta time zzzz
Lunchtime treats are dished out and lots of happy snaps are taken for the pawrent updates which are sent at the end of the day
Afternoon
It’s the afternoon enrichment activity time while other pups begin to play again for round two. The activity will vary most days and can be anything like a good bubble session or group fetch!
To freshen the pups up before the home time rush, everyone gets a little brush/spritz!
As home time draws near, we try and squeeze in as many pats and cuddles so all our doggos can go home feeling happy and relaxed
We encourage gentle play and chill time while pups get picked up so to avoid our pups being over tired!
